You can’t “pilot” AI into impact. You can’t workshop your way into transformation. What works is still what’s always worked:

🔅 Leadership willing to redesign the work, not just the tools

AI doesn’t reward ambition.

It rewards coherence.

If we want AI to change learning, we have to be willing to change the system it enters.
